Answer:	No, its not a miracle device. It's really only made to strengthen a core that is already established. The best way to explain is doing situps with being punched in the abdominal area. It's just for strengthening and it won't help at all with removal of fat especially in the abdominal area. I'd recommend kettlebell exercises which are free on YouTube.

Answer:	Never tried electrode gel, I'd assume it would work alot better. Limits of usage is dependent on the person using it. I'll be blunt, if you have a bit of a tummy and by that I mean belly fat..don't use it. It already falls off a flat stomach so I can only imagine how it performs on a stomach with a bit of baggage. Answer:	This battery works: Kastar Cordless Phone Battery for V Tech 89-1323-00-00 80-1323-00-00 80-0099-00-00 8900990000 27910 Vtech . The plug that hooks in to the controller will need to be slightly sanded so it has 2 round corners rather than all square corners but I replaced all my old batteries with these batteries and they work great.
