Answer:	Very easy to put together. I see someone mentioned a tool but no tool came with mine, nor is any tool required. There is a separate foot part that you just screw onto the frame (no tools necessary, there is a handle that you just rotate to screw this on). From out of the box to using it should take no longer than 30 seconds.

Answer:	Yes, the locking mechanism is very robust. Looks like a thick pin with a great latch system. I'm 5' 11" and 215lbs and have been hitting the backrest pretty good on crunches - haven't broken it yet...LOL.

Question:	what should the minimum length of a barbell rod be to fit rack? I am going to order a barbell rod along with this rack
Answer:	I wouldnt necessarily use it for Plyometrics. It's pretty sturdy and strong but if you're doing explosive movements then I would recommend something else that is made to take that kind Of work out. This bench is great as a stepper, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend hopping up-and-down on it. But it's still a great bench nonetheless and I highly recommend it
Question:	Does the rack have to be removed to fold the bench up
Answer:	This has 3 inclined positions beyond the flat - so yes, 3 positions for the back rest just as with the reebok model.

Answer:	Yes you can do skull crushers. It’s not padded, but there is some rubber grip to the center part of the bench. I haven’t used it for crushers myself, as I typically do them on the floor, but you definitely could.

Answer:	The damn thing snapped off a ring mid incline bench and nearly broke my back. That and it wobbles like crazy. Don't buy this, it's sketchy and unsafe

Answer:	It's very light, however it is also very stable, zero wobble and I have had 330 lbs on it with no problem. The odd thing is it's 19 inches in height whereas competiton benches are 16.5 to 17.5, that took a bit of getting used to while bench pressing. I do like the bench.

Answer:	Stability is bad as i said in my review i weight about 290 and press close to 250lbs on this bench and its scary i've bent the bar that supports your back and it also makes loud popping noise its fine if you are doing 225 and under but once u go up in the weight and try to max it becomes unstable. Still a very nice useful machine and the squat rack works for other things!!

It doesn’t look like Amazon actively engages in its own “research and development” in producing Amazon-brand products—which are typically generic versions of existing brand-name products—and this product, too, is merely a straightforwardly-generic version of Listerine. So, I don’t believe Amazon needed to conduct any research in developing this formula. Still, since Johnson & Johnson—the company that sells Listerine—is notorious for animal testing and this product is a derivative of a Johnson & Johnson product, one might say, indirectly, this product isn’t free of animal cruelty (depending on how stringent your definition of “animal cruelty” may be).

Answer:	the back rest has 7 angles -- from 85 degrees down to -20 degrees. Basically, sitting straight up for military presses all the way down to decline presses. The part where you sit has 3 adjustment settings also - from flat at the lowest setting to a slight incline at the highest setting. This bench is really strong. I regularly bench 300lbs. and if I had more weight, I would feel more than comfortable lifting more. I myself weigh 205lbs. and 5'10. this bench feels perfect for me.
