Question:	I'm trying to buy a bench but i can't seem to find a clear-cut answer. which is the better xm bench: 7472, 7629, or the 7604? (i want attachments btw
Answer:	The XM-7629 is not designed for attachments. The XM-7472 and the XM-7604 do accept attachments. The roll pads on the XM-7604 are slightly thicker than on the XM-7472. The benches are equally strong with a 1500 pound weight capacity.

Question:	How long is the gap between the pad you sit on and the pad your back goes on. Does this cause comfort issues
Answer:	In the center of the bench the gap is about 3". Due to the curve of the pad, at each side, the gap is more like 4 1/2 to 5". This is a large gap and something I have not seen on other benches. It does feel odd at first but it does not cause any comfort issues for me. Remember this is a very well built bench and could easily be used in a commercial setting. When lying flat on the bench, the gap is at the small of the back and I do not feel it at all. I have not seen or used a better bench at any price.

Answer:	It's not that heavy and can be moved easily - but sturdy enough to use. I use it on carpet and it does not move around.

Answer:	I have used it for decline presses pretty often. You have to hold them as you get your legs locked it and simply lay back, then begin pressing.

Answer:	No it cant adjust to a flat position, but it will come close

Answer:	I am 6 foot even and if I lay completely flat on the bench with it on its highest setting my head will touch the floor. But if I stay in a crunch kind of position (like my hands behind my head and I’m fixing to do a push up) my head will not touch. With my height this machine seems perfect to me but I’m not a workout fanatic so I don’t know what’s correct.

So, I don’t believe Amazon needed to conduct any research in developing this formula. Still, since Johnson & Johnson—the company that sells Listerine—is notorious for animal testing and this product is a derivative of a Johnson & Johnson product, one might say, indirectly, this product isn’t free of animal cruelty (depending on how stringent your definition of “animal cruelty” may be).

Answer:	The damn thing snapped off a ring mid incline bench and nearly broke my back. That and it wobbles like crazy. Don't buy this, it's sketchy and unsafe

Question:	can you use standard weights with the leg extensions or just Olympic
Answer:	Hi! We chose the size of our Walkin Wheels by the "features & description" write up. For our 70 lb pup we chose a large. Our vet put the wheelchair together for us b/c it takes a bit of measurement & adjustment. I wouldn't feel comfortable advising a size for your dog; as we had a lot of assistance based on our dog's needs. If you are in Massachusetts we'd be happy to share the amazing naturopathic vet that we go to that put it together and taught us how to get her in and out of it easily. We love the walkin wheels. Answer:	Go to Walkin' Wheels website directly for measuring and sizing how-to's. Their website even has a size calculator that is very easy to use... Answer:	I have had my bench for only a few months so my pads are still very firm and new. I'm sure you will be able to find replacement pads on Amazon or directly from Bowflex.

Answer:	52"...just measured. Does not count foot rest.
Question:	How sturdy is this bench? Will it wobble a lot when I'm doing dips on the side of it
Answer:	I'm 600 lbs, and bought this to use with my body by jake tower 200 door gym, basically resistance cords with handles. This bench is very sturdy with my weight. the installation is easy too, you only need to assemble the pads, leg support, and feet braces. other than that, it's one huge heavy solid and welded piece of equipment. very happy with this purchase. if i could just make one suggestion though, when bolting in the front feet braces, you may want to turn them in opposite direction than it shows in the pictures and installation guide. they are always in the way of your feet otherwise. and like one other reviewer said too, as he did the same as i suggested, it hurts the feet if you plan on working out without shoes like him and i do.

Answer:	I am not sure exactly, but if I had to answer, i would say incline starts at 85°, 45°, flat and 30° decline.
