Question:	Is the bench sturdy enough to do box jumps
Answer:	I'm 210 lbs and it feels completely safe and secure when I do them on the bench.
Question:	Does this work for decline? What's the max decline angle
Answer:	The decline angle is only 15 degrees. This may be adequate for beginners but those who are experienced will have to bring weights up with them to be challenged. Please be aware that Merax has a confusing and unconventional system system for defining the incline and decline of their product. (They aren't doing themselves any favors.)
Question:	When the bench is in the “flat” position, is it truly level or is it slightly declined or inclined
Answer:	Its flat. It's a good bench. Had no trouble paying 140-150 for this bench. Put it together in an hour. Need to have 13, 14 and 17 mm sockets or wrenches I believe.
Question:	Can this bench be used with the leg press attachment
Answer:	No these are strictly for holding your feet when declining. Hopefully I’m answering your question correctly.
