Answer: There is an assembly manual but no instructional manual or videos. I wish they had one.
Question: How much weight can leg extension hold
Answer: I have 2 35’s on it. That’s as large a plate as you can put on there because it’s pretty low to the ground. I think it could take a little more weight but not much more.

Answer: Single and double leg hamstring curls. Works good I’ve been doing them for a few weeks now. I bought this bench for the sole purpose of doing leg extensions And leg curls. Has been perfect so far.
