Answer:	It's lockable. But I would not leave stand alone in a vacant vacation lot specially if there no perimeter wall or fence. It's plastic, so a sturdy knife or crowbar can easily open it.

Answer:	there is a release button, pressure valve where the hose makes contact, where inserted. push with finger to the side and the hose pops out. how I clean the hose is pull the mouth piece off the hose, with just a little PULL pressure it comes right off. run hot water through it to clear of liquid residue, then twist a piece of a paper towel into a thin twine like strip and insert in hose, suck it through to dry inside of hose. that's what I do- works great! good luck

Answer:	I have never tried it. When I am done using it, I empty all the water and then put some paper towels in it to air it out and absorb the water that remains. I let it sit for a day or two and it dries out well. I just used it this weekend for a half marathon. I love my pack.
