Answer:	It is not very wide and it does not have a lot of extra material to accommodate a larger waist. I just checked to see if the belt comes in sizes and on Amazon it does not appear too. I think Petco sells running/ leash belts too.

Answer:	I have an iPhone - whatever the small one is - in a largish lifeproof case - and that’s a tight fit. But it does fit. I don’t know how that compares in size to a galaxy

Answer:	It is not insulated. It is very small, good for short hikes and rides, Also worth mentioning , if used for biking can be cumbersome to get back in the sleeve. It fits snug ,however that comes at a cost when trying to put it back while in motion. I usually have to come to a stop to get the Sarn thing back in place. Hope this helps...

Answer:	iPhone 11 fits snugly. If the pro is wider, probably not. If longer, yes it will fit.

Answer:	The pocket size is ~6.75"w x ~3.5"h (maybe 1/8" larger). It fits my iPhone 6. The s/m should be the right size for you. I'm a size 2-4, and there is plenty of room to expand it, if you need to make it larger. I wear the belt on my hips, that's how I was instructed at a race expo.

Answer:	An iPhone 6 Plus won't fit in this pocket. I don't have the exact measurements but it could fit a phone the size of the iPhone 4 or 5. Hope that helps!

Answer:	It does not come with any holders for water bottles. I use this belt 6 times a week now that I am training for a marathon and I think it works great. It holds my iPhone 6 in the front pocket and that is it but I do have gels and chapstick on the belt loops. I did order the hydration add-on which adds two 8oz water bottles. http://www.fitletic.com/add-ons/hydration-add-on-8oz.html. This is a simple add-on and it just loops through the belt so I am thinking there are several others that will work as well. Hope this helps.

Question:	What are the max and min comfortable waist sizes for this item? It says "one size" but that doesn't tell me whether the one size will fit me
Answer:	I have a Samsung S5 and there is a half inch more space in length. So I say YES, it should fit.
