Answer:	I looked up IPF standards and Asics is not one of the manufacturers on the list. But I am not very familiar with IPF.
Question:	what are the dimensions of this item
Answer:	I ordered a medium- which is approximately women's size 5-7. Should be fine on an adult height- 5'4" ish to 5'10". I would say it fits well- bust, bottom, thighs- Nothing too tight or loose. There is elastic on the thighs, which keeps it from climbing and it is not irritating. It is stretchy and not shaped, contouring fine (eg, for brazeirre size). I don't have exact dimensions though. Good undergarment- I wouldn't wear this by itself (eg, female wrestling), but I'm modest. It's thickness of material is fine though.
Question:	How does this work for running or cardio? Has anyone experienced the issues with sweat staining the suit
Answer:	I wear these under a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi.... So as you can imagine I sweat A LOT. No problems with staining whatsoever. I've used these singlets for years.

Answer:	I don’t think so. The pocket on my pants is inside the back waist with an outside zippered opening. The pocket is kind of pie shaped and it would be a really tight fit for any phone.
