Answer:	I am not sure. I ordered size 14 for my son who wears extra wide shoe size, still he had to losem up the velcro. In this case, if you order 10 to find out it is a little tight you have the option to losen it up a little

Answer:	Yes, I've had numerous pairs of these, and eventually the nubs always start breaking off until they are no longer useful. For me, this happens between 6-9 months of use. If this is a deal breaker for you, then you might try the Adissage 2.0 sandals, which have a different type of footbed, with shorter nubs that don't wear out as easily. BUT the 2.0 does not have arch support like the originals. So there is that trade off to consider. Personally, after trying both I plan to stick with the originals.
