Answer:	it is iron on and surprisingly I have done everything with this shirt form working out, bicycle touring, and construction and the logo is still on the shirt. Not that it matters to me. The shirt is outstanding.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you are looking at, but what I bought was a not a two piece it was the long sleeve shirt only.

Answer:	I went off waist size (31") which is a medium according to UA size chart. I'm 5'10" 165. If you're over 32" then go with a large. Also consider chest size. I'm at the top end of the medium range, just a touch over 40", but the medium size still fits me very well. Just remember this is a compression fit. It is supposed to be second skin tight, but not restrictive. I wear mine as a base layer for cycling and running and have no problems moving.
