Answer:	I'm a size 6 and the small work for me with respect to fit. They are lightweight and very flexible so I don't think that there will be issues with your tummy. My only problem with them was that they are a bit long for me as I am 5' 4 1/2". I line dry all of my Yoga pants so they never shrink. I don't know if you were to put them in the clothes dryer if they would. Hope that helps.

I ordered these expecting to find a nice, shapely booty when I opened the package, but instead I just got these flat, folded leggings sans booty and a crumpled up note explaining that if I want the booty, I have to come to Nevada and pay extra. I didn't get what I thought I was paying for and now I have to pay for a flight to Nevada! On the bright side, MY booty looks fantastic in these leggings.
