Answer:	These are Asian sizes so my waist is 33 but I am 5 10 and bought a XL. It is great in length but is a tight fit almost to tight? I am not a man with six pack abs so it shows my little belly. If you are a fit person I suggest a Large? Hope this helps?

Answer:	I really like this shirt and I think it would work great in the gym or running. I use it primarily for biking and it looks and functions great. The fit is one size larger for me as I normally wear XL but using size chart 2XL fit perfectly. I have athletic build so the fit was spot on. If you are more it may not fit as well. This is my favorite bike shirt.

Answer:	Ummm I dunno. I can only attest to them being Mexican sized! I’m 5’7, 215 and normally wear size L. I got the XL size and it’s a bit snug but apparently their supposed to be a bit snug. So I guess they run a bit small. I still look sexy AF in it soooo ummm yeah. Hope this helps.
