Question:	Can you have the timer start automatically when the countdown is done
Answer:	The watch is built to start the timer when the countdown is done but, unfortunately, as near as I can tell, the timer starts at the end of the second beep. (The timer beeps twice for short countdowns; four or so for longer.) This seems to me to defeat the much of the purpose of the countdown function, specifically if you're starting a sprint-type race, where you go off at the first instant you hear the gun-- not after some sequence of sounds. It's otherwise a very nice timer.
