Answer:	It does not go around the wrist. It can be worn around the neck, on the belt or be placed in any pocket (pants or shirt). It works equally well in all those situations.

Answer:	My pedometer is accurate to 1 or 2 steps per 100 when I use the clip on my belt. But I am overweight and it pops off when I use the clip. It is supposed to work in your pocket, but when I put it there it is always over by 15% to 50% (pedometer will say 115, 120, 130, 140, even as high as 150 per 100 steps walked. BTW, this has NOTHING to do with stride length. The stride length is important for measuring miles/kilometers accurately. For me it it is 29 inches, or 1185 steps per mile. If you don't measure your stride length accurately the distance in miles or kilometers will be wrong, even if the number of steps is accurate (as it is for me when I clip it on my belt). I will buy another pedometer that I can use in my pocket or a bag. I don't know if the lanyard works, because I lost it somehow and don't see ow to fasten it on the pedometer anyway. ;-)

Remarks:

I.Press the "M" button for 3 seconds on the time interface to convert the metric the system and the imperial system. When the time setting is displayed,press the "M" button twice to skip the time "hour" and "minute" settings respectively. Then it is the weight interface, press the "R" button to set the weight metric(KG) and imperial(LB) settings.

If you choose metric(KG), the step interface will display KM.

If you choose the imperial system(LB),the step boundary will present the imperial(MILE) interface.

Answer:	OMG!! I LOVE this thing! I'm not sure about water resistant but, I opened a bottle of soda (someone shook up) and I'm sure it hit it. My shoes were soaked. It still works. Not sure if I would go swimming with it. But mine is GREAT. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have had one over a year and a second about four months. Both are functioning fine. One must find a good location for the device in order to get accurate readings. I use a bicycle pant leg strap around my bare leg and clip the unit on it just below the knee. It works perfectly in that manner.

How to Use

• In the normal display, press the "MODE" button once, you will see the Pedometer state, and then press the "SET" button again to start timing; then press the "SET" button again, time stops;
• If you need to use the same function, please press the "SET" button once again.
• To start from zero, when the Pedometer stops, press long "RESET" button for at least 2 seconds to go to zero.
• How to change the Step unit from KM to Mile, you need set the Step Pedometer to the "Step" Mode, and then press the mode button and hold about 10 seconds, then it will switch to "Mile" mode.
• Pedometer auto sleeps when you are not moving and auto wakes and counts steps when you start moving again.
• Kindly Note: To get accurate reading, we suggest you to clip the pedometer on your waist. Just only clip it on the waist, if you put other place, it would miss the pedometer digitals.

Answer:	I purchased my last jar of the Image Max Stem Cell Creme from Amazon on Dec 1, 2019. There is no ingredient list at all on the jar. There is ONE ingredient list on the box not two. Press MODE button until the bottom of the disaplay shows the word "Step",The step counter will start counting once motion is detected.

To avoid counting sudden movements as steps, the pedometer does not display the step count for the first 5 steps (or less).if you continue walking for more than 5 steps,the display will show the first 5 steps walked and continues to count.
