Answer:	I didn't have that issue with mine but no this unit wasn't made that long ago. Hook it up to your phone with the Garmin Connect app or hook it up to your wifi and it'll auto-update. Mine has done several updates since I got it adding new maps and downloading my workout routine.

Answer:	Hi, to get turn-by-turn navigation you will need to connect Di-pro with your cellphone. We will have the offline navi in our future edition.

Answer:	To enter the Navigation, please connect Di-pro with Shanren Sport App by Bluetooth first. Through homepage > 'Navigation' tap at the top, you can enter the destination and start the navigation. After that, the turn-by-turn signal will show on the screen of Di-pro. Your phone can be put back in the pocket or bag while riding.

How to use Oval (M2): [Set up the Oval (M2) on MEILAN APP]

1. Set up Oval (M2) bike computer:

• A. Download MEILAN APP (Download from Google Play or App Store) and ensure Bluetooth is on.
• B. Turn on MEILAN APP to register / log in, follow the APP instructions, authorize other apps.
• C. Turn on Oval (M2), hold left-side button to power on/off.
• D. Click "+" to search and add Oval (M2) to the APP.
• E. Click Oval (M2) and enter setting menu: Set ODO, Elevation, pair the sensor (if have) and update firmware (if prompted); Turn on/ off: sound and Delete device history.

2. In APP settings, can set up the sharing and authorizing other apps (such as Strava, Komoot, Trainingpeaks).

3. Please go to an open and spacious outdoor area and wait for the positioning of the sate-lite signals. After the GPS positioning is successful, you can start cycling. If the device isn’t used for a long time, the first time positioning maybe take a longer time to do.

Notice:

• A. While start cycling, please press the middle button of the computer then it will start to record cycling;
• B. After stopping manually, you need to press the middle button to start cycling;
• C. After finish the cycling, long press the middle button to save the current cycling recording, then you can view your cycling data in the history. Long press the right button to enter or exit the history;
• D. In the process of the updating the software of bike computer, please keep the phone and bike computer on and don't exit the updating menu, Otherwise the bike computer maybe damaged.

BLE4.0 / ANT+ WIRELESS TRANSMISSION

Connecting peripheral sensor devices via Bluetooth 4.0 / ANT+ wireless technology: speed / cadence sensor, heart rate monitor, power meter, etc. (M2 does not support 5.3kHZ heart rate monitor.) The packing list does not include: heart rate monitor, power meter, speed sensor, cadence sensor.

REVIEW AND UPLOAD HISTORICAL RECORDS

OVAL(M2) can store about 50 hours of riding data, which can be exported and uploaded to sport websites such as Strava and Komoot by USB data line, and then the detailed data and track can be viewed after uploading; you can also long press the right button to view your riding record on the M2.

DISPLAY DATA:

OVAL(M2) can display up to 18 types of data: riding time, speed, cadence, heart rate, power, altitude, slope, cumulative rise, temperature, calories, ODO, etc., and store your moving track at the same time.

OVAL DESIGN

Answer:	It depends on how you pack it. The middle compartment that is designed for clothes has a zipper expansion. Fully expanded with the zipper open, I would say no. But with the zipper expansion zipped fully closed, I regularly put it under the seat in front of me. So yes, it can.
