Unfortunately, the EDT is now a pale imitation of the vintage Mitsouko, a 1919 creation that Guerlain reformulated after some international restrictions on oakmoss in 2007. As a 40-year lover of this fragrance, I hope the parfume retains more of its essential magic, but the $200 or so price tag keeps us apart until my finances take a dramatic upturn. This incarnation is a shadow, but if you are an acolyte worth it for the memories it conjures.

Answer:	Though I am not 100% sure, I would think that it reflects back on the unit of measurement used and I would have to see the bottle (44.55) to ascertain. It could be as simple as the USA uses the apothecary system and Europe uses the metric system. I am sorry not to be of more help!
