Answer:	Yes it does. I had to make a few adjustments of my own. The hood falls in my eyes, so I had to sew a small pleat in the back about 1". This coat has been incredibly warm this record cold season with wind chill factors below 0 degrees F. But there is a gap right at the neck in front that lets in the wind. A simple scarf tied around the neck outside the coat and you are good for any cold.
