Is this standard or loose fit

Answer:

These are a good balance for multifunctional workouts. The front of the shoe had a mesh upper that is much more lightweight than the standard Metcons. The sole on the front of the shoe flexes much more also. There is still a decent drop similar to the Metcons for your regular lifting. This shoe does very well when you’re consistently doing workouts with a little bit of everything - running to back squats to double unders to hang cleans. It’s worth mentioning that because it does pretty good at a lot of things, it won’t be the best at anything, but if you’re looking for a good all around workout shoe, this one does well.
