Answer:	The sizing chart in the post is pretty good. I'm 6'4" and ended up getting a XXL. Fits great and have bought two pairs.

Answer:	I guess you can do that... but keep in mind that it isn't made of natural fibres, therefore it doesn't offer much breath-ability and could cause you to sweat.I think going for a thermal under layer would be a better option for winter. the best thing about these base layers is the sweat wick action during exercise.

Answer:	I use a conversion table. But if I have to go longer, a local seamstress or the manufacturer will use work with you to hem them for you. I find that most my pants never have to be tall tho. Some of those options are a default selection. Unless you’re over 6,4-6,5 ish. Regular is probably ok. I’m 6’3” and 270. I wear 38/40 - 32. Depending on the fit and brand. And usually L/XL tights/trainers/sweats/shorts also depending on brand and fit. Hope it helps! God Bless!

Answer:	I’m 6’3” @ 270 and the XL worked well for me. They’re snug but the 2xl were too loose and defeated the purpose of the compression. I’m guessing Med-lrg. Hope it helps!

Answer:	Last year on a two week trip to French Polynesia, I wore the two long sleeved shirts nearly everyday for outside activities. The shirts were very comfortable and functional with their sun screen properties. Wuite satisfies with the wear and tear and if the were smelly, I didn't notice and my friends and family either didn't notice a smell or were to tactful to bring it up. Give it a shot you are on vacation.

Answer:	I don't see how it could be UPF 50, a 1/50th or 2% transmittance. SkinCancer.org's webpage "Sun-protective clothing" advises to check a fabric by holding it up to light, since if you can see through it, UV radiation will readily reach your skin. Having this product in black, and holding a single, unstretched layer of the fabric up to modest, household light, I can basically see right through it.
