Answer:	Curious where you saw that there was a 100% money-back lifetime warranty? When I read the description I read that there's a "lifetime warranty," but nothing said about getting a refund. It sounds like the company is willing to stand behind its products and is anxious to make things right if your machine has a problem. On another one of their vibration plates, in answering a customer question, the owner (Joel) stated that if anything goes wrong with the product, they will ship out a new one at no cost. I think that is outstanding customer service. That being said, I agree with you that just stating a 'lifetime warranty' does sound a bit vague. And, after all, should the company close down, there IS no 'lifetime' warranty. But the company does seem to have MUCH better customer service than other sellers on here. If I were you, I would contact them directly. But I definitely am not under the impression that 'lifetime warranty' means 'lifetime money-back guarantee,' those are two different promises. Question:	What are the advantages and disadvantages of curved vs. flat? I am concerned my feet will be in an unnatural position
Answer:	I initially found the curved design caused knee pain. I adjusted my stance and that resolved. After 8 weeks of use, I no longer get the knee pain. I love the many options available with the 4D. My only wish was a flat surface but I have no plans to trade in my 4D for any other model because I do love it.
Question:	What do you hold on to when you are standing on this plate
Answer:	We picked up a inexpensive portal clothes rack that can be easily adjusted for height. Less than 25 bucks on Amazon. We strap the remote to the top bar which makes it super easy to adjust what program you are on. Did not put the wheels on it. Works great and basically use it as a balance point as we both like to move around on the plate, facing the front and also right and left. You do not really need it but if sure make it more comfortable to have it as a balance point if you want to move around on the plate while it is running. Typically use in manual with all functions running at the same time and work up to top speed rather quickly. Just resting a finger on it helps with any fear of falling off it. Awsome machine.. love it.
