Answer:	I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I tried the one at Costco, which led me to look for a cheaper one. This machine is sturdy, but it isn't as big or quite as solid as the one in Costco. I don't know how results compare between the two, but I couldn't afford $2300. I have had it a few months now and use it almost daily.

Answer:	Product Spec page of my handbook says China. Very well made machine. Very easy to assemble. Have used it daily. Outside of the programmed periods you can set the speed as you wish I am now progressing to using hand weights while on the machine. Very satisfied.
