Question:	How is this a 300 dollar item when a similar product like Zaaz is 1800 to 2300 dollars online or thru Costco? Are they basically the same
Answer:	I tried the one at Costco, which led me to look for a cheaper one. This machine is sturdy, but it isn't as big or quite as solid as the one in Costco. I don't know how results compare between the two, but I couldn't afford $2300. I have had it a few months now and use it almost daily.

Had one problem hooking up the resistance bands to the plate and My email was answered almost immediately and problem solved. There are three programmed 10 minute periods - all excellent. Outside of the programmed periods you can set the speed as you wish I am now progressing to using hand weights while on the machine. Very satisfied. I have a good feeling of confidence and strength after sessions.w

Question:	how do you balance to stay on once you turn it on with NO handle bars
Answer:	you make sure your feet are planted firmly when you hit the start button... and stand up straight. its really no more difficult than touching your toes and standing straight on a floor. I use the higher settings also.. and have never lost my balance when starting it. I have reflexes like a feline.. but balance like a nub tailed cat...lol so... it's not a special skill. general balancing is sufficient. you can also have a chair nearby to steady yourself with is general balance is an issue. I love my machine. I dont use the straps, but those may be helpful as well. or just use the remote while standing on it.

Answer:	I'm sorry. Where is a sensor? I don't see it. This machine works the whole body by way of shaking vibration from the platform bottom. My wife loves it. She use it every morning around 20 minutes and she told me all her body muscles and joints feel very relaxing. Specially it helps to loose up her bowel movement. And for losing weight? Answer:	I ordered this product, but it arrived defective and I had to return. (I have a different machine now) You want a dual motor (this is) machine that has tri-planer motion. You have to be able to set it to 30 Hz or more (from the reading/investigation I did)...I'm not sure if this one goes that high or allows you to set it (can't get the info from their specs...and none came with the machine either for that matter.) Answer:	I'm not 85...yet; however I do have bad balance. I placed mine near the wall so I could lightly touch the wall until my body gets in sync with the machine. Answer:	I don’t have anxiety, however, I recently was finishing up school and testing that was extremely stressful. Using the vibration platform really aids in helping the body detox and removing unwanted build up of free radicals, toxins and poor quality energy. Using the pre programmed selection of P0 thru P2 or P3, (no higher) you can effectively do a lymphatic drainage. Position your body in either a plank (put down a towel for padding under your forearms) or in a push up (hands flat and towards the outer part of the platform. Make sure your body is in proper alignment for comfort as well and mechanics.) If you need to put your knees on the ground, this is fine, your focus is on your arms and upper body. Your lymph glands begin in your neck region, and then go throughout from there. This is a really effective detox!!! Work your way up to a full 10-15 minute cycle, and do it 1-2 times per day depending on your needs. The lymph drainage will help improve overall health and has the ability to reduce stress. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins you’re releasing. A rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily for proper hydration. Ex: if you weigh 150lbs you will drink 75oz of water per day. Just doing these two new protocols daily will help so much!
