The treadmill has 12 inbuilt programs. To select a program ensure that the treadmill is in standby with the belt stationary.

1. Press the "P" key，to change the the 12 programs.

Answer:	Mine does the same thing. The belt tends to slide to the right even though I continue to adjust it!

Answer:	I’m 5’7 and it works well for me. My only complaint is that if I’m not paying attention, my arms easily hit the emergency stop button.

Answer:	Yes, there is a cord that plugs into the wall and on/off switch at the bottom front of the treadmill (that is separate from the control panel at the top).

Answer:	We didn't buy the warranty, but perhaps we should have; the treadmill failed after 6 months of use. It now regularly stops working after about 45 minutes of use with an "E8" error, meaning "Over load error - User may have exceeded max weight." No one using our treadmill is over 150 lbs, yet the max weight is listed as 250 lbs. This is a dangerous issue, as the treadmill stops abruptly with no warning. Do not buy this product.
