Answer:	You could store it on its side but there are no wheels to move it or slide it around on its side. I would imagine it would be difficult to do that. Yes it does need to lean against a wall when stored upright.
Question:	Can this be stored upright once folded flat
Answer:	Seems like it, and I hope so because I'm building a nook to store it vertically in. FYI, it' well built and not light so keep that in mind. I can move it easily, but I'm 6'3" and 190lbs. So far it has been a positive purchase and has worked very well.
Question:	Can you use it without the arms up? I want to put it under my desk to walk while working
Answer:	I think the treadmill will work when you turn it on, but the control panel is on the arm (the part that goes up) so it might be a problem to increase speed, pause etc. Best to get a treadmill that is specifically for under the desk. I have seen a few other Under Desk treadmill. What I do to transform mine into a desk treadmill is I put a shelf across the arms of the treadmill and put my laptop on it. It works perfectly. I got a basic shelf at Home Depot for under $10. I see Amazon sells desks that you can attach to the treadmill but the are pricey. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The thing you must remember is everybody is buying exercise equipment now because of the pandemic. The demand is exceeding the supply, and it isntaking a little longer than normal. I noticed they listed more instock so you should have yours soon, if not already. Also, UPS is hammered now. They lost the first treadmill I tried to order.( Different brand) Hopefully you ordered thru Amazon.

Question:	Trying to decide between this and the Horizon T-101. Anyone have any experience with both units
Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.

Question:	What is the return policy
Answer:	I was just on the phone with Amazon Customer Service to clarify the return policy before buying it and they said that a 12 month free retursn full refund if issues policy comes with the purchase. I am waiting for them to send me that in writing via email, so we'll see. Then of course we have to hope that it is followed up on! I am confused why ACS says one thing and this other customer that responded said the opposite. I welcome any clarifications!
