Answer:	I was just on the phone with Amazon Customer Service to clarify the return policy before buying it and they said that a 12 month free retursn full refund if issues policy comes with the purchase. I am waiting for them to send me that in writing via email, so we'll see. Then of course we have to hope that it is followed up on! I am confused why ACS says one thing and this other customer that responded said the opposite. I welcome any clarifications!

Answer:	When I got mine it was cosmetically damaged, but decided to try it out anyways. I have not had to lubricate mine yet, but at lower speeds it does feel choppy. The higher the speed the smoother the belt seems to be.
