Answer: I would say yes to reversible, but mat grid marks are different on each side. My preference is to always keep side to floor the same. I like that this mat has slightly larger width. It is great quality and would buy it again.

It can connect to your TV with an HDMI cord if you would like to view your workout on your TV screen instead of the 14-inch touch screen on the console.

Answer: The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 states it is weighed for someone up to 300lbs however within days of using our brand new one the running board split. It happened 4 more times following the replacement parts the company sent us. The technician NordicTrack sent us recommended this machine only if you weight 190 or under. If you are 200+ do not buy this machine if you are planning on running. This is an engineering defect. NordicTrack wanted to charge us $500 of restocking fee and it took weeks of negotiation before they agreed this was their issue. Two months later we finally had a refund. For anyone below 200lbs the treadmill and its features look awesome.

Answer: I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.
