Answer:	For anyone seeing this answer, please read to the end. The answer seems simple as other responders have said - but it’s not always so simple. For example, if your pens arrive and are made to specification, the silver tip will unscrew easily, remove the plastic tip protector from the refill,the refill slides easily into the clear case, the silver tip rescrews into place and voila! The pen is ready to use. On the other hand, if either the refill or the pen case is 2mm too long or short, the refill will not extend long enough to exit the tip of the pen. I had to melt the plastic case for the white refill to fit the white case. Kindly see my video to see the result. I hope you found a solution because the pen did work as described. I hope you and others found this answer helpful.
