It would take a lot to rip this mat. I researched mats thoroughly and this seemed the best quality and best deal. It's thick but not too thick and just right size for my treadmill. I've heard the really thick ones create too much bounce on the treadmill.

Answer:	I use mine on a berber low pile type carpet and it works fine. Actually I bought the mat specificly to be used on top of carpet for better stability and eliminating "dents" in the carpet.

The inflated pad creates about a 2 inch air barrier from the ground then it has a thick faux wool top on it. the Blanket is fleece lined with waterproof barrier on the topside. Why would I bother transferring product from the pouch to a refillable flask when I'm able to carry the larger pouch? Runners might have a different opinion though but even then the 5 serving flask can't be convenient to carry on a run. I'd stick with single serve packs if space was an issue and simply deal with the garbage issue (never understood the sticky fingers problem either) over having to refill a flask that needs to be cleaned and is just an added use of resources to produce and landfill space when eventually thrown away. Where's the "garbage" savings vs single packs after that's all taken into consideration. GU was thinking out of the box with the flask but........?????? IDK.

Answer:	No because the pin is 5/8 inch.

Answer:	It fits on a 3”x3” post and the pin that holds it up is 5/8ths”. My rack has 1” holes but there isn’t much wobble at all.
