Answer:	As an avid bike rider I know there aren't many 'comfortable' bike seats. But you can get gel-filled seat covers or other cushioned covers at Amazon or most bike stores or sites. Try a wider seat as well.

Answer:	I do not know how other people's friends being 5'0" and 5'1" say it's a comfortable bike. Did they replace the seat? If so, what cushion or saddle do they use? I would say absolute minimum height has to be 5'2" and even then you may feel a stretch as you pedal.

Answer:	I wouldn't advise standing and pedalling. Although the bike is built sturdy, it might not support your weight (considering that you are an adult) during the long use. There is a reason why it is built with a seat.

Answer:	Almost the same as when opened. It doesn't fold flatter, as pedals and handles and base still stick out, it just decreases the width of the center space by about 3 inches.

Answer:	Yes, it was rather easy to assemble however it did require two people. It took less than one hour to complete.

Answer:	Let me share what I did before I ordered it for My wife's Tricycle: I removed the seat and measured the diameter of top of the post and it measured (With a tape measure) between 3/4" & 1". I then did a search on Google for "Diameter of Standard Bicycle Seat Post". The result was 7/8" and since that was withing my tape measure reading I ordered the seat. I had to "spread the clamp" just a little and the seat slipped on. A little trouble but I hope this helps you decide.

Answer:	The upright bars on my seat are set about 3" back from the back edge of the bike seat. The back pad is about 2&1/8" back from the back edge. It does not support my back unless I sit on the very back edge of the seat - further back than I ordinarily sit on a bike seat.

Answer:	No, it doesn't have any springs. The backrest does not adjust once in place. I find that I can only lean back into it when I am biking downhill. Going uphill you have to bump forward and sit on the seat normally. BTW- my bike is an adult tricycle.

Answer:	if your husband has long legs this is not the bike for him, I am 5ft 11 inches and I have to take my shoes off so my knees do not hit the handlebars, I believe the manufacturer recommends that you measure your inseam, the longest it should be is 32 inches, it is a great bike but I would like to see an extension on the seat post, to all the others that are asking questions ,like, does the seat adjust, or how does this fold, all those answers are in the instructions

Answer:	I think it depends on your body build. I am 5’6” as well. I don’t have it on the highest seat height (a couple notches below), but I have shorter legs and a longer torso. I actually typically wear short length pants while I consider 5’5 an average height. So while my legs are in correct form (almost all the way extended), it still would have room to fit a taller me just because of my short legs. You’d have to take that in account in your height as everyone is built a little different.

Answer:	No, it doesn't fold up. However, it does not take up much space. It is very compact and easy to move into a corner. I keep mine in a corner in the den. It only weighs about 25 or 30 lbs. and is super easy to scoot into the corner. I love this exercise bike and would recommend it to anyone. Because it is so easy to ride and put away, I look forward to using it and have more more consistent in using it. You can't go wrong for the price (bargain) and quality of this product. I give it an A+.

Answer:	Yes. I'm 6 4 as well and have to actually put the seat down. I swear a giant could comfortably fit on this bike. Definitely go for it if you're thinking about buying it. I use it daily for at least 5 miles with zero back pain or knee pains. The only issue with being a bigger guy/gal is the footsteps come undone when you get off the bike. That's literally the only flaw

Answer:	You can hold a book with both hands but the bike is stable and comfortable and should be fine for reading. The bike is very good quality and relatively easy to assemble.

Answer:	I am not mechanically inclined and was able to assemble in 1 1/2 hours. The 4 steps were clear and I just read each step 3 times before I started. I like how the tools were labeled by step. Very impressed how sturdy it is and easy to move around.
Question:	I have read through the majority of reviews but is anybody losing weight using this bike? If so, how much? How fast
Answer:	primary objective was blood sugar control (which was achieved), but I lost 50 lb in 6 months with no major dietary changes. If weight loss is your primary objective I would also recommend consulting a nutritionist, as weight loss with an cardio program can start off very fast (6-10 lb a month for first 4 months) at first, but get disappointing as it slows down a few months (typically 2-5 lb/month now). I typically do 5000-7000 calories a week at resistance 5-8. I believe this is because as you decrease your body size, you require less maintenance calories, as this loss is relatively constant 2-4% per month.
Question:	How do I avoid being shocked when connecting this to power my time machine
Answer:	Shock cannot be avoided, it is essential to jumping through time; forward only. You must use a file to remove the finish off 2 small areas on the bike frame and remove handle bar grips and seat cover. Then, cut the female end off of an extension cord, strip the wires. Attach 2 appropriately sized hose clamps to the frame, tight enough to just stay in place. Insert the ends of the stripped wire btween clamps and frame, 1 wire per clamp. Tighten clamps. Get on the bike and pedal near max speed. When you’re dripping with sweat and you’re ready for time jump have an assistant plug the cord into any wall outlet. When you wake up it will be tomorrow but it will seem like a blink of an eye. Worst case senerio it will only be an hour in the future or you may be eternally suspended in the “jump” phase and never land. This bike IS a time machine.
