Question:	How sturdy is it? Can you stand and pedal for extended periods of time
Answer:	While I don't stand on the bike for extended periods of time (5 mins off/on within a 30 min ride), this bike is really sturdy. I am 5'10" and weight 230lbs. From time to time I ensure the seat and handles are fully tightened as to avoid any negligence on my behalf.
Question:	How soon will it be assembled
Answer:	It took me about 1 hour. When I purchased the bike I received an email from the manufacturer suggesting that I watch a video of the assembly they have on YouTube. They had a link in their email for the video. I watched the video and I suggest you do the same. It cleared up the proper installation of the pedals. I then read through the instructions before i started. Laid out all the pieces to make sure I had everything.
Question:	Can I use the peloton app with this bike
Answer:	Absolutely. I just place my laptop on a table in front of the bike and connect to a bluetooth speaker. You cant compete on a leaderboard or use their metrics obviously, but you can do all the classes! I guess at resistance and I have found a weird conversion for their cadence numbers to our mph numbers. It seems to some extent that if I take their cadence, add 50, and move the mph decimal, it's roughly similar until you get to sprinting. IE, instructor says 75 cadence--->75+50=125--->12.5 mph roughly applies
Question:	Has anyone bought this bike for their apartment. I live on the third floor and we are are worried about the noise and vibration it will make
Answer:	I’m also on the third floor! The bike is really quiet! I bought a floor pad just in case, but the bike itself is quiet.

Question:	What is the highest temperature achievable from this water heater? Will it produce temperatures in excess of 150 degrees F
Answer:	Assuming you have everything hooked up correctly, at 3.5 GPM, the MAX TEMP will be NO MORE THAN 55 degrees ABOVE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE INCOMING WATER. For example, if the incoming water temp is 50 degrees in the winter, then the max winter temp will be 105. In the summer, when the incoming water is 65 degrees, the max summer temp will be 120 degrees. This is the way ALL demand heaters work. Be SURE to check the TEMPERATURE RISE specification on ANY demand heater to know what it is truly capable of. If the TEMP RISE is specified at 3GPM, and you try to set it higher, it may CUT BACK THE FLOW RATE to achieve the higher temp, but it will NEVER exceed the TEMP RISE spec.

Question:	How do you lock the seat on ? The direction for this is that clear
Answer:	The seat has a bolt through the clamp built into the seat bottom bracket that goes over the vertical pipe post that the seat sits on. You need to tighten that bolt in the clamp that is the lower part of the seat's attachment bracket. It makes it clamp tight to the vertical post at the top of the seat riser on the bicycle frame. It keeps the seat from turning away from alignment with the bicycle's frame.
Question:	How to install pedals for this cycling bike
Answer:	Hi, it's very easy to install pedals for this cycling bike, while installing the pedals, Left pedal into Left crank is in an anti-clockwise, and Right pedal into Right crank R is in a clockwise, please make the pedals thread alignment. Welcome to order.

Question:	Can someone recommend a better seat or seat cushion to use with this bike? Thanks
Answer:	As an avid bike rider I know there aren't many 'comfortable' bike seats. But you can get gel-filled seat covers or other cushioned covers at Amazon or most bike stores or sites. Try a wider seat as well.
Question:	what heights does this accommodate? this should be included in the product details
Answer:	I do not know how other people's friends being 5'0" and 5'1" say it's a comfortable bike. Did they replace the seat? If so, what cushion or saddle do they use? I would say absolute minimum height has to be 5'2" and even then you may feel a stretch as you pedal.
Question:	With this bike, can you stand and pedal at the same time? or do you have to be sitting in order to pedal
Answer:	I wouldn't advise standing and pedalling. Although the bike is built sturdy, it might not support your weight (considering that you are an adult) during the long use. There is a reason why it is built with a seat.
Question:	What are the dimensions when folded up
Answer:	Almost the same as when opened. It doesn't fold flatter, as pedals and handles and base still stick out, it just decreases the width of the center space by about 3 inches.

Question:	Set the bike up but there is a slight vibration when pedaling. Anyone know how to fix it
Answer:	If it's the whole bike that's vibrating, try making sure that the screws that attach the bike to the support bars (the feet/crossbars) are super tight. I originally put them on loosely by hand but then used a screwdriver and hex bit to tighten it and it no longer vibrates.
Question:	What is the difference between this bike (1805) and the 1714 that is slightly more expensive
Answer:	Don’t see the difference, except cheaper is the reason I bought it.
Question:	I love this bike, however after i ride for a little bit I can feel and hear a clicking coming from the pedal assembly. Anyone else experience this
Answer:	Yes! I just got my bike and also have the same clicking problem on the right pedal, particularly when the resistance is turned up. It's annoying! Were you able to get this problem resolved?
Question:	Are the pedals double sided to use clip in shoes
Answer:	No, the SF-B1805 does not have clip in pedals, but it is compatible. However, you must ensure the thread size of the clip in pedal you wish to attach into the crank arm, has a 9/16-inch thread size. If they have a smaller size (1/2 inch) then you can purchase adapters to convert from 1/2 to 9/16 and be able to use the clip in pedal. The most common size for SPD pedals is 9/16-inch thread.

Answer:	Our pedal stripped out of the crank after 3 uses as well. All while waiting 3 months to receive (understandable with Covid). My wife was in the middle of a work out and I heard a thud, rushing in to see what happened I see the pedal on the ground and my wife standing over top of it. She was lucky that she wasn’t seriously injured when the pedal threaded out. My wife then calls customer service and sits on hold for 3 hours. We did get connected to a man that was very nice and seemed to be helpful. He informed us he would get us a new part but then says it will be 3 months before we get the part and kindly offer a refund. Willing to give it another shot we told him to ship the parts and we would wait. We are now close to 3 months into waiting for the part and I receive an email stating the part is delayed for another month. I have very respectfully reached out on numerous occasions to now try to get a refund and there has been no response. Sorry, I don’t have another 3 hours to sit on hold waiting for someone to actually pick up. I will be returning this bike one way or another and taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this product to anyone and based on others reviews it doesn’t seem like an isolate issue. Do your self a favor, spend the extra money and get a Peloton.

Answer:	I don't use the buckles on the straps of the pedals. Therefore, the metal from the buckle does making a clicking sound when pedaling especially at higher speeds. At first I didn't know what that noise was. The only other sound I hear is from the handlebars (which no matter how tightly I adjust the height), that part of the bike shimmies and makes a faint noise.

Answer:	I don’t know if Keiser plans to support Apple Gymkit, which would be nice, but I’m confident the other replies to this question are not accurate in that the Keiser converter does not make the product Apple Gymkit compatible... instead it just allows it to communicate via standard Bluetooth thereby acting as an interpreter for its proprietary wireless format.

There is certainly a lot of confusion around the M3i and the bluetooth, so let me start by saying the bluetooth function works perfectly fine. The negative review in question details the customer's dissatisfaction with the number of compatible apps available for the M3i, and then with the quality of one of the apps, NOT with the bluetooth on the cycle. The customer expected the bluetooth on the cycle to connect with existing bluetooth apps, but the bluetooth chip in our cycle is a more advanced chip (Bluetooth Low Energy) and older apps were coded with older bluetooth profiles. It would be unfair to say the bluetooth doesn't work because it does not connect with one user's preferred apps. In addition, Keiser had no hand in writing or designing the apps available now although we are developing our own app! The compatible apps available at the moment are 'Goind' for Apple devices, 'impowered BeTested' and 'BKOOL' for Android devices. BKOOL will soon be released on the Apple store as well; the approval process is a bit longer for Apple apps. All of the apps work exactly as advertised, and we encourage users to seek out as many reviews on the app and on our cycle as possible before making a decision. Question:	Would the high q-factor of 197mm be a problem for someone with knee issues
Answer:	Keiser’s product page for this bike has two videos, one of which that goes over their reasoning for how they developed their q-factor width. Id suggest anyone new to biking watch it as it was helpful in me deciding whether to buy this or not. Frankly I’m entirely new to biking and I have knee issues but I feel comfortable buying this. To summarize their video, they designed it more for the average user who has wider hips and shoes to not catch on the bike.

Answer:	I have had this bike for nearly 2 years and use it more often than I go to the gym. The right pedal has started clicking midway through workouts (I'm on here researching how to fix it), but otherwise it is as solid as the day I put it together. Answer:	my wife has a 24" inseam short legs she is 4'11" If I can order a second #8 on parts list that is the seat slider. I can modify the second one to fit her. The seat slider has a square tube that has a round "S" shaped rod welded to it. I would Modify the "S" rod by cutting it about 1" or so above the square tube or just about where the "S rod starts its first bend, by cutting the rod off there that would shorten the seat height by about 3" to 4" lower than stock and also move the seat height forward about 2" to 3" or so. I am only going by the pictures as I do not have one of these bikes yet for exact dimensions.

There are consistent reviews from folks in the negative review section who talk specifically about the left crank and pedal coming loose. It’s a known issue that the company refuses to fix. I myself had this issue and emailed them within the warranty window. They did a go around with me for months, refusing to answer in a timely way, not helping me find info like the serial number and parts numbers that I apparently needed to submit etc even tho I asked multiple times for assistance, until the warranty window closed and then they make you pay for everything. So suggestion - go with another bike. This company is terrible

Answer:	The seat is very comfortable (nice surprise) and is easily adjustable, so I would say yes. I am 5’ 8” though, but I see no reason why it would not be comfortable for you.

Answer:	i actually had to get a replacement part and i emailed them through the email address in the owners manual. they got back to me within a day (they are in china) and sent me what i needed. they are very good at service and support.

Question:	I am 6' 4" . Will this bike work for me
Answer:	I have not decided to purchase yet. The seat adjustment height max is only 38". Measure your leg inseam length. Im female, 5'9" with a 35" inseam. That leaves only 2" for my husband who is 6'2". I would not purchase for 6'4". Look for a s. Bike with height max of 40" seat adjust. Like the Maxkare.
