Question:	what is the stride length for this elliptical
Answer:	I tried one out in-person through a second-hand app (Offer Up). I'm 5'10" with long torso, legs same length of a lot of 5'8" people I know . . . It is a VERY short stride length. Felt more like going up stairs than gliding like a gazelle. Would overtrain quads and not get glutes/hamstrings/calves enough compared to a longer stride. I don't recommend this unless you're quite short or ok with more of a stairstepping than elliptical action.
Question:	How do you get rid of the clicking sound
Answer:	I have the same problem. All the washers and bolts are good. But the clicking sound seems to come from the right side. Any remedies?
Question:	what are the dimensions of the product folded up
Answer:	It does not fold up. Once assembled, it is 34" long (at longest point), 20" wide (at widest point), and 60" high (at tallest point).
Question:	Is it difficult to assemble
Answer:	Is not difficult. Just make sure to read the instructions fully before starting. There are several instructions that say "do this..." and then you do that and right below that it says "note, before doing the above, make sure...". Also, connecting the tension cable in the handlebar post is tricky unless you sprout a 3rd arm. I would recommend having someone else assist you or lay the elliptical on it's side to perform this step.

Answer:	It measures relative signal strength. My 12v tv also has a simple strength meter, but this meter gives a little more detail. Not sure if it is really that much better than the tv meter though.

Answer:	Yes on the app. It also provides the fat burn % of calories. It also shows heart rate zones, and zones where you were working out to get fit vs burning fat.
Question:	What are sizes for polar heart rate monitir
Answer:	This strap is of decent quality but the WORST in terms of size of any I have tried. The size listed (M-XXL, 26-36 inches) makes no sense. I assumed it was for waist size since adolescent boys often have 42" and larger chests. No matter what BS is stated by the mfr about stretching to 60", it is too tight, too uncomfortable on chests larger than 45 inches! What an (overpriced) disappointment!
Question:	To those with experience changing battery, is the flip cap easy to open/close? H7 used a coin slot on soft plastic, so edges rubbed off=hard to open
Answer:	I found the H7 to be of the poorest design compared to the ease of changing the battery in the H10. I can’t tell you how many of my clients disliked the H7. I think you will love the ease of the H10 battery replacement.
Question:	Does the strap provide continuous heart rate monitoring? Can I wear it
Answer:	The monitor is continuous as long as you're wearing it. You'd need something to log the data - the app is setup for workouts but it might let you have a workout without a time limit. I don't know how comfortable it would be to wear 24/7 - especially when you were sleeping. In truth, a better option would likely be a heart rate enabled fitness monitor like a fit-bit (I've used both a charge 3 and a Alta-HR). I wear it 24/7 and it does exactly that. Good luck.

Question:	When pedaling fast regardless of tension, there's a rhythmic fairly loud clicking noise. How do you fix it? What is causing this
Answer:	I don't use the buckles on the straps of the pedals. Therefore, the metal from the buckle does making a clicking sound when pedaling especially at higher speeds. At first I didn't know what that noise was. The only other sound I hear is from the handlebars (which no matter how tightly I adjust the height), that part of the bike shimmies and makes a faint noise.

Answer:	It sits in your mouth backwards from how its shaped. The part that vibrates should be roughly 1/2" from your teeth. Then think if you look at this J and turn it so the hook is facing down that's what your tongue needs to do. Then just blow softly to start. It takes practice. If it's to big to fit in the roof of your mouth , you may need to trim it. Look it up on YouTube. Many instructional videos to help.
