Answer:	Hi. Something flat might be able to slip inside while the Trek is collapsed. Maybe something about the size of an envelope. It would be difficult to store anything inside while it is expanded because there are support mechanisms inside the roller, to make it sturdy.

Answer:	There's an awesome laminated book that comes with it, sharing different types of stretches and uses for the foam roller. There's even designated stretches for relaxation, for back pain, before bed stretches, morning stretches, and several more. Overall I felt the book to be very helpful, and a great tool to take with you when you travel, the book is no larger then the foam roller flattened. I like this so much I've bought several for Christmas gifts for family members.

Answer:	No, the only thing that helps with that is weight loss and exercise. You cannot remove cellulite from any single location, it only responds to a general reduction in fat and increased muscle tone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant or purposely misleading you. MD.

Answer:	No warranty, but it is very sturdy. Unless you are beating people over the head with it or body slamming it, it should last you a LONG time.

Answer:	Do not foam roll your lower back. You can actually injure yourself badly from doing this. You should only foam roll as far down as your rib cage as it offers support. Majority of physical therapist will tell you not to foam roll your lower back. Anyone that says otherwise is a delusional internet therapist that will be hurting others.

Answer:	I would call it extra-firm, as it has very little give. It's more like a dense, hardened styrofoam than the rubbery foam you might be accustomed to in athletic/physical therapy supplies.

Question:	Will it have included demonstration DVD
Answer:	The foam roller does not come with a demonstration dvd. But it is easy to find on YouTube how you can use the foam roller to roll your different muscles.
Question:	How durable is this product
Answer:	I would say it is very durable. I bought my first original 13-inch trigger point roller in mid 2010. I still use it today. My roller gets used a lot. I recently purchased the 26-inch roller because I can do different exercises with it, and I think it is firmer. After a long use and due to time I think the foam breaks down just like any other uses for foam products. Like I said, the original 13-inch roller from 2010 is still good for my workouts--deep tissue massage, loosening stiff muscle, improving circulation--but it doesn't feel as firm as the 26-inch roller purchased in 2014.
Question:	Does this help with upper back trigger points
