If you lay on it (say for your back), it will give only very slightly – perhaps just enough so as to not hurt. And thus, you are able to put real pressure on tight muscles. I wanted it for my back, and I found it to be just a bit too hard, so I ended up having more success with my tightly rolled rubber Yoga mat.

Answer:	No, the only thing that helps with that is weight loss and exercise. You cannot remove cellulite from any single location, it only responds to a general reduction in fat and increased muscle tone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant or purposely misleading you. MD.

Answer:	No warranty, but it is very sturdy. Unless you are beating people over the head with it or body slamming it, it should last you a LONG time.

Answer:	Do not foam roll your lower back. You can actually injure yourself badly from doing this. You should only foam roll as far down as your rib cage as it offers support. Majority of physical therapist will tell you not to foam roll your lower back. Anyone that says otherwise is a delusional internet therapist that will be hurting others.

Answer:	I would call it extra-firm, as it has very little give. It's more like a dense, hardened styrofoam than the rubbery foam you might be accustomed to in athletic/physical therapy supplies.

Answer:	It is small enough to take everywhere with me and use it through my pants or leggings. It is an effective little tool.

Answer:	It is mostly too small for that purpose. Especially if rolling on your back horizontal to floor. The diameter is only 2 1/4 inch. ..less than a soda can. Depending on your spinal lordosis and butt shape, you may even arch over the roller, and ground out, - and not even feel it. Also the length/width = 6" is not that stable when rolling. Find a jar, or something of similar size and try. It worked better placed again a vertical wall, leaning into it, - and doing squats; -But still not that great,- and you could slip and lose your footing and fall. I think what you need for good spinal floor rolls is something over 4 inch diameter and over 10 in length. Alternatively You could self massage your back with the "kitchen rolling pin" type massagers, but that really works the arms awkwardly and it is hard to get a deep massage. -Good Luck. is something
