Question:	Is the grip of the skipping rope comfortable
Answer:	No, it needs to be mounted over your head. 6' - 9' is a good range. There is a door mount which goes over the top of the door.
Question:	How about the quality of excise jump rope like rope , handle...after using it for weeks
Answer:	If you are talking about attaching to an open horizontel beam (like a steel beam across your basement ceiling, or a steel horizontal bar at a playground or gym) that you can throw a rope over...then you don't need anything else. The kit comes with a large strap sewn into a loop, and you just throw that over the beam and loop in through itself. The two straps with handles have a carabiner at the top end, that you hook onto that strap that you looped around the beam. If you are talking about a wooden beam that you need to drill into, you need to buy one of the wall/ceiling mounts. They make a metal U bracket that you have to screw into a solid wood beam. That does not come in the Travel TRX kit.
Question:	Can the skipping rope really adjust the length I want? I am 6.3ft
Answer:	This comes with the door anchor and the suspension anchor (strap with carabiner). The door anchor can be used with a closed door to use the suspension trainer. You can purchase the TRX XMOUNT separately if you want to anchor this to a wall or ceiling.
