Question:	Can this rope handle use on concrete or will it deteriorate
Answer:	theres a picture in my review, the outer layer came off after 3 weeks. the manufacturer suggested to use a yoga mat if you plan on using it on concrete. it's a decent light weight rope, but it's durability has a lot left to be desired.
Question:	How sturdy are the wire stoppers? I've used similar ropes before, and when accidentally jumped on, causes the the clamps to come right off
Answer:	They haven't fallen off yet and I've used it daily for a month or so. Pretty sturdy, holds when being accidentally stepped on. They do sometimes slip the other direction though, shortening the rope in use since the clamp is only on the outside of the handle.
Question:	How do you adust to make this jump rope shorter
Answer:	It's actually pretty easy. Pull off rubber cap at end. Cut rope with wire cutters or similar cutting instrument. Replace cap and adjust the little collars. It seriously took me 90 seconds. Additionally, you can just adjust the collars before cutting (recommended) to make sure you're happy with the length before you commit.
Question:	I'm 5'3....would this jump rope be too long even when adjusted
Answer:	This rope will be perfect for you. When you adjust it, there might be extra cable on the ends. You can cut the extra length off and replace the rubber end caps if the extra bothers you.

Wear flip-flops or plain cotton footies at home, and disinfect them regularly. Do not walk barefoot at home. If you share the shower, wear flip-flops in the shower and bathroom.4) get rid of the fungus in your socks and shoes, or you will simply reinfect yourself every day. Wash all of your socks in hot water and pour a half cup of white vinegar into the rinse. (The vinegar smell will evaporate in the dryer.)5) Treat the insides of your boots and shoes thoroughly with a tea tree oil mixture: 1 quart water, 1/2 teaspoon detergent, 1 teaspoon tea tree oil. Shake it up and spray thoroughly into your shoes and boots, especially the toe area, and dry them completely in front of a fan. Try not to wear the same shoes or boots all the time, especially work boots! Switch off. I also use tea tree oil to kill fungus on my tomato plants, in combination with neem oil and Sal's Suds (a detergent) and to kill fungus gnats in my houseplants. Question:	How do I make the rope longer?? I accidentally shortened it too much, and can’t figure out how to adjust it longer
Answer:	There's a plastic stopper on the end of the cord, contained in the handle. You adjust the length of the jump rope by opening one of the handles (pry off the cap), letting the cord out until you see the stopper, prying the stopper open so it's no longer held to the cord, then adjusting up the stopper or down. In your case, you would slide the stopper down the cord, toward the end of the cord, to give you more length on the rope. The directions (included) make this pretty clear. If you cut the cord on one end, you have the other end to work with. If you cut the rope too much, they're $5. Buy another one, and a spare.
Question:	I can’t take mine apart. i took off the bottom piece but the rope doesn’t come out of the handle. it is stuck on the bearing. how do i adjust it
Answer:	Hi- I popped the black tabs out, pushed the rope through the top, cut to specified length. Should be good to go...
