Answer:	I used them for weightlifting. They were very thing and did not hold up well.

Answer:	not sure what you mean by your question. The size range runs from X-small, small, to XX-Large. I ordered the small size, which fits well for me. To use a proxy measure, I buy a large sized dish washing latex gloves one can buy at CVS or Walmart. In terms of fit, the Small Nike training gloves is comparable to the large latex gloves in terms of fit. The Nike training gloves, though, is stretchable. So, if you wear a regular medium, the Small Nike gloves will fit, although a bit snug.

Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.
