Question:	Are these easily washable, and if so, ok if after
Answer:	I only had them a couple weeks. Theyre comfy yet sturdy and So far they're holding up to daily use pretty good, i like em. The web page has washing instructions. Ill copy paste it case you missed it. If you saw it ... I just haven't had them long enough to try washing them yet. Theyre holding up well that i dont foresee any issue. Tips of Cleaning  (1)Preferred washed by hand. You only need to soak the gloves with soap, then rub and wash, dry it in the shade. (2)If washed by machine, it is better to put the gloves into the laundry bag to reduce the likelihood of deformation. (3)Never use hot water, bleach, and other strong acid wash, and do not bask in the sun, because the material organization will be destroyed easily, which will cause pilling, fabric loose and gloves deformation and so on.

Answer:	Hey Nico74, I have owned wrist wraps before purchasing these gloves because of minor wrist issues and soreness. What I can say is I have not used my previous wrist wraps since purchasing these gloves. They serve as wrist wraps along with protecting your hands.

Answer:	Measure your hand from the base of your fingers to the end of the palm of your hand... 4-5 inches was a large. 3-4inch med. They were pretty true to size..and you cut the slits for your fingers to size once you get them.. I LOVE THEM!! Jerkfit has been the best.. they also have AWESOME customer service!!

Answer:	Smooth on the bar, especially compared to leather grips that feel tacky. I only use these as wrist wraps now and for olympic lifts. I have been a long time fan of leather grips and never rip on high reps of pu, c2b or mu's with leathers. First day I got these I wore one leather and one wodie, chalked up and broke them in and ripped on the 3oth pullup.

Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	Gloves are not bulky. They have good grip. Should work well foe kettlebells.
Question:	Are these good to use with resistance bands
Answer:	Yes, they can be used with resistance bands. On some occasions I use resistance bands with these gloves, especially if I'm lifting heavy weight.
Question:	Are these gloves washable
Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.
