Question:	My mat has marks/indents on it from the strap straight out of the box. Do these marks eventually fix themselves or will it always be marked up
Answer:	We moved the straps to a different spot and about a week later they fill back in. My dd7 uses the mat so she just puts the straps on all messy and folded over. This makes her indents deep and not wide and hers fill back in.
Question:	is it big enough for ab workout/other exercises
Answer:	I'm 6' 5" male, this mat is exceptionally long. I do find that lying flat from top of the map to bottom the mat cuts off at about the ankles. I do lots of core/ab workouts on my mat the padding is thick enough to make it comfortable and large enough to perform crunches or other exercises on without my body making contact with the floor. I don't mind my heels hanging off on the rare occasion that they do because all other points of contact are on the mat.
Question:	Can anyone confirm the "anti-tear" claim? Does the mat, after several uses, began to shed/tear
Answer:	I purchased the GoYoga Exercise mat in January 2016 for physical therapy exercises. For the last year, I've used this mat every week (about 5 out of 7 days per week). I haven't had any problems with the mat shedding or tearing. At about 1/2" thick, this mat is more comfortable for doing PT exercises on than the thinner 1/4" exercise mats. Glad I bought it!

Answer:	We have folding mats on this cart. We do place them on the cart flat, but they would also fit folded up and stacked.
Question:	is there good grip on the surface for doing yoga
Answer:	We have been using these mat carts for about a year. They are fine if you do not need to move them out of the room. Our problem is that we need to move ours to a different part of the school on weekends since we share a couple of rooms with a church. The wheels are not not sturdy and do not turn easily. Other than that it is a great place to store 20 mats.

Answer:	Possibly. I use it in my upstairs apt and have not had any complaints from the neighbors downstairs. That said, I generally do not jump around much on these mats.

Answer:	i ordered 5 sets to cover the floor in my workout area. My whole house is tile and i was starting insanity and T25. the first day they slid around a bit but then i put a few strips of double sided tape down and it hasnt moved an inch in 60 days of insanity and none have separated. i did end up having to put duct tape in a 4' x 4' section in the middle because of my shoes were ripping the foam while doing burpees and suicides but its in great shape now.

Question:	I would be using it for running in place, barefoot, on a hard basement floor. Is this a good mat for that
Answer:	Not sure of that. This mat is primarily good for having to be positioned on knees, or laying down and doing various exercises.Running, jumping jacks, etc may not be a good idea on the mat.
Question:	Is this good for sit-ups
Answer:	yes. especially for a cheap mat i've found it to be great. it gives enough cushion where you can't feel the floor on your back at all. the only complaint i can see people having is that the mat is a little small and it rolls back a lot because normally you roll it up after use. for me though, i just accept the fact that if i'm doing leg lifts or other exercises that require full body extension my feet might hang over the end. to me it's not a big deal and this mat is perfect for what i need it for. if it's just straight sit ups you're looking at and you're not 7 feet tall, you should be just fine.
Question:	How does this mat compare to the one P90X sells
Answer:	I am not familiar with the mat from P90X but the Hemingweigh xtra thick is a very good quality and comfortable mat for the price. I work in a fitness gym and I have not seen a better mat than the Hemingweigh in that price range.

We recommend washing the mat with a yoga mat wash or a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water. Then let the mat air dry. It should take no longer than 2-3 days maximum. Answer:	I guess so. If you stand on it. But I would not welcome using the mat as a jump rope

Answer:	I am really not sure about using them for sleeping for an extended time. Like overnight I wouldn't think that would be very comfortable. For a nap--perhaps. I use mine for Yoga. However, the mat is thicker than most mats. I might consider it for camping but not for a hotel situation.
Question:	Does anyone use this on a newly finished hardwood floor? Does it move around
Answer:	I do have hardwood floor - not newly finished but polished enough- and no, my mat isn't moving. Even better, the topping doesn't slide either so every move are where they should be and not gliding on top of the mat. Seriously, that mat is great!

Answer:	I'm sure it will absorb some noise, but I am not sure how much. I exercise on the 2nd floor of my home with only wood flooring under the mat, but I only wear my socks and the person below me is old and hard of hearing.
Question:	Is this Gorilla mat is good for the laminated wood floor? I need something what is not sleepery
Answer:	I have used mine on wood and smooth concrete surfaces without any slipping. You should have no problem on a laminate floor.

Answer:	Yes! This is a great mat! Great quality and can withstand weights being dropped as well as hihh impact and high traffic!
Question:	Is the mat durable enough to use for jump roping
Answer:	Yes, but jumping does cause it to shift on carpet. Not dangerously but just be aware if that's where you plan to use it. I use this mat daily (on carpet) and love it. I do plyo exercises on it and even slide my weight bench onto it. It's very durable.
