Answer:	Very durable and it does last. We've had it 2 years and all 3 of my kids have used it, even if they were too big for it. Great quality. I would say it was plastic, but a hard plastic if it is.. so I guess I'm not 100% sure. It's currently at a friend's house that is borrowing it so I can't go and check. My kids have loved this.

Answer:	Product does not slip for me. I have it on hardwood floors but have yet to try it as an exercise mat. Right now I have only used it for out treadmill.

Answer:	We use the mat under a recumbent exercise bike. We have placed my mat in a room with laminate wood flooring. The mat has one surface which is smoother and less textured than the other side. I placed the smoothest side down on the floor and this is working very well. The mat does not slip or slide around and the top surface is holding up quite well.

Answer:	I’m 5’ 2” and it’s very comfortable to use. Some very minor difficulty getting on and off, but nothing I’m not used to with a real bike lol! It will work just fine for you.
