Answer:	While I believe you can, we are using it to cover the floor of a pediatric treatment space - to ensure safety. We also have treadmills but they are placed on wood flooring.

Answer:	I do not know what a stall mat smells like, but these do have a pretty strong odor (not necessarily bad just like rubber tires), which dissipates over time.

Answer:	Yes. I use mine for Crossfit workouts and regularly drop my barbell loaded with weights on the mat. Occasionally I forget to remove the weights from the mat and have never had any issue with imprints.

Answer:	It's definitely sturdy and hard to scratch, but you might want to keep a supply of rawhide bones for your dog to keep it occupied. Ingesting rubber is no good for their digestion :)

Answer:	They are not squishy...there is a tiny bit of "give" but I own a gym and bought the rubber for my home gym. The ONLY issue I had is the fresh rubber smell. It is quite strong. I suggest putting them outside in the sun (warm) and let them off gas for a bit....like a week or more. Even is they get wet or dirty, they wipe back off.
