Answer:	How exactly is it stuck? As long as the weight is set to the same on each side, nothing should get stuck. If there is an actual problem, I would contact the seller directly.

Answer:	When you press the red button the plate selector can only rotate for both sides (depressing the button locks in the weight). You determine the total weight by counting the 5lbs for the dumbbell/handle + 2X the number selected. Ex: turn the dial to 5lbs and the total weight is 15lbs for the dumbbell. The combinations per that calculation are the only options.

Answer:	Too is made out of an mdf type of wood. Solid as I have 3 monitor mounts on the back with 27” monitors and cranks up and down easily. Takes a lot of cranks to get up to a stand height, but is smooth. The handle pushes in far enough so it does not stick out after you get to the height you want . Great product and sturdy.
