Knee Tuck
Assume the high plank position with your feet on the discs. Your feet should be about six inches apart. Pull your knees towards your chest while using the muscles of the lower abdomen. Go back towards the starting position. Make sure that you do not hike up your hips at any time. Repeat for the desired number of times.
Reverse Lunges
Start by standing straight with your hands by your side. Place your left foot on the disc. Bend your right knee and take your left foot backwards into a lunge. Keep your upper body straight. Come back to the starting position. Repeat. Then go through the same steps with the other foot. Repeat.
Pike
Place your body in a high plank position with your feet firmly planted on the glider discs. Slide both feet towards your hands while lifting your hips up high. Keep your hips tight by squeezing on inner thigh muscles. Do NOT move your hands or bend your knees. Slide your feet back towards the starting position. Repeat.
Knee Ins
Start in a prone position with your hands beneath your buttocks. Stretch your legs and feet outwards. Loop the resistance bands around both feet. Pull your left foot towards your chest while keeping your other leg straight. Go back to the starting position. Repeat about ten times. Switch to the other foot.
Static High Knees
Start by standing straight with your feet about six inches apart. Keep your hands at your sides with the elbows slightly bent. Loop the resistance band around both feet. Lift your left arm and your right foot together. The right thigh should be parallel to the ground and your left arm should be pointing upwards with your elbow still bent. Bring back to starting position. Repeat two to three times in sets of tens. Alternate.
Straight Leg Lifts
Place the resistance band around your ankles and lie down with your hands under your buttocks. Keep your legs and feet outstretched. This is the starting position. Lift both feet up about 10 to 12 inches off the flat surface keeping both legs straight and your core tight. Then lift your right foot upwards as far as you can. Do not bend your knee. Pause. Then bring your leg down slowly so that both your feet are together again. Repeat about 10 times. Alternate with the other foot.

Bands tend to roll up when you apply more resistance than the resistance range of the resistance bands (note: range of weight in lbs correlates to the resistance of the band when stretched to up to 3x its length) or you are not placing them correctly on your thighs. Whatever brand you choose, there’s still a tendency for the bands to roll up – it’s very common. How to stop resistance bands from rolling? Use bands made with natural latex can lessens the frequency of the bands rolling up. (Our resistance loops are made of durable, environmentally friendly, 100% natural latex, which is soft to the skin and provides comfort and safety during training) The resistance bands shouldn’t be too loose or too tight when you wear them. If the bands become sticky or sweaty, simply clean them with a damp cloth. Dry flat and dust them with talcum powder. Do not store them in UV light or extreme temperatures.
“My bands started to roll up. What should I do?” - This will happen. Literally EVERY single band on the market will roll up eventually (due to the material they are made of). If the seller says otherwise he is misleading you.
So if you notice they started to roll up, don’t worry. Just rub a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch to prevent the bands from rolling up during exercises. This will also prevent stickiness.
