Although for your height, you should probably get the 75cm. I got the 65cm, and I'm happy with it, but I'm only 5'7. Mine feels totally sturdy. |

IF you go to a good one, they can give GENTLE exercises which will slowly strengthen your muscles, (if you stick with it & do them), which can help you with your balance...Some P Therapist aren't great. Talk to people u know that work with them... Always tell your P Therapist if something feels not right, or is starting to hurt, & they can then omit those exercises DO NOT attempt to use a ball like this on your own. You could get hurt. Always use a good P Therapist's advice. You don't want to lean on the ball & fall & hurt yourself. Hope this is helpful. |

Answer: | No, neither presca nor schraeder. There is simply a hole in the ball which has a plastic plug that fits into it. You remove the plug, and fit the nozzle of the plastic pump into the hole. After you pump the ball to the desired inflation, you remove the nozzle and fit the plug back into the hole, very quickly so as not to lose much air. It's very simple. |

Answer: | The TheraBand Exercise ball comes shipped with three solid white little tools. Two are for air insertion, depending on air pumps available to you. The third is nose remover. It is flat on one side, slightly rounded on the other. It looks like a flat tear drop with some of the center cut out to produce two prongs. Slide the rounded side against the ball and the prongs, if you will, and you can work it up nicely. The tool works great and does not scare the ball. I routinely inflate and deflate without difficulties. Hope This Helps. |

Abdominal Curl Up
Place the ball under the small of your back in the bridge position with knees at 90 degrees. Lift your trunk upward, contracting your abdominals. Keep your pelvis in neutral. Do not allow the ball to move. Alter hand positions to change the challenge of the exercise.
Bridge Hip Lift
Lay on ball in bridge position. Keep back stabilized and hips aligned with trunk. Slowly lift one knee upward, flexing the hip. Be careful not to let the hips drop down. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat on other leg.
Walk Out
Begin with ball under hips. Walk hands out to a push-up position, ending with ball under shins. Keep pelvis and neck in neutral position; maintain trunk and legs in a straight line throughout the exercise. Slowly walk hands back and repeat.
Prone Bridge
Lay on ball with elbows bent and forearms resting on ball. Stabilize with your feet and lift your pelvis. Maintain neutral pelvis and neck, keeping a straight line of the trunk and lower extremities. Don’t allow ball to move.
