Answer:	I'm half a country away but would be glad to give exact measurements when I'm home again. It might not matter in the end though -- this thing is pretty rickety at it's highest setting, and difficult to carry because gravity holds it together. You have to grab it by the leg and the seat or it comes crashing apart. I wouldn't buy it again, and you can have mine if you're in the vicinity of Maine.

Answer:	My disc came with a "soft" inflation which is what you want - there needs to be some give in the disc when you use it. Not over inflated to the point of being rigid. So I've never tried to pump any more air into mine.

Answer:	Most of my students love them, the trick is getting the right size so their feet stay on the floor. The legs on the balls are not meant to support the ball they are there to keep the balls from rolling. My students have the choice of a ball or a chair, out of 38 students about 34 used them daily and 4 kids chose chairs. They offer movement but in the classroom there are rules such as your bottom must stay n the ball, no big bounces and nothing sharp near the balls. They do puncture easily if poked with a pencil or if a thumb tack or push pin is nearby

Answer:	I thought I had received the wrong size ball also and contacted Gaiam immediately and was not very nice. :( I did exactly what you should not do. I was excited to receive it, put it together and blew up the ball, set in on the base and grabbed the phone because it didn't fit. You have to put air into the ball and let it sit. I let mine rest overnight. Add more air the next day and repeat. The ball expanded and fits perfectly. The child-size chair balls only come in certain colors and are not shipped with the larger chair. If instructions are followed, there is no issue and the chair is great!!
Question:	What are the advatages/disadvantages of this backless model vs the model with adjustable back
Answer:	My dental hygienist owns the adjustable back model and told me she never leans back in it. (comfort reasons) I own the backless chair and find myself always leaning a bit forward due to what I do for a living. So, the advantage here would be cost difference from backless to adjustable back.

Answer:	The product is big enough to stand on and I have size 9 feet (women's) but size 10 or 11 feet would probably fit too. You can use one leg or two; it's big enough for both. I do what you're describing for one of my exercises. Level of difficulty depends on level of inflation, which is entirely adjustable by the user. Over time I have seen results of increased strength, better follow-through when stepping, and better balance.

Answer:	This product helps relieve my lower back pain and helps with posture as i have a tendency to slump but this is a gentle reminder to correct my posture.

Answer:	The size ball is determine by your height. I am 5ft 10, I bought 65 cm.

Answer:	They recommend a 65 cm ball for someone 5'6" - 6'. I'm 5'11" and I got the 65 cm. When I sit on it my upper legs are parallel to the floor. That's what I've always hear as another way to help determine the size needed. Personally, I would rather have the ball slightly too big rather than too small. But that's just me.

Question:	I am 6'1 and I used to work a gym that had these chairs not as fancy.. would this fit some that doesn't look like a child chair
Answer:	I thought I had received the wrong size ball also and contacted Gaiam immediately and was not very nice. :( I did exactly what you should not do. I was excited to receive it, put it together and blew up the ball, set in on the base and grabbed the phone because it didn't fit. You have to put air into the ball and let it sit. I let mine rest overnight. Add more air the next day and repeat. The ball expanded and fits perfectly. The child-size chair balls only come in certain colors and are not shipped with the larger chair. If instructions are followed, there is no issue and the chair is great!!
Question:	It looks like most of the bad reviews for this chair came a year or more ago. I'm wondering if anyone who purchased it in 2020 have had it break
Answer:	My dental hygienist owns the adjustable back model and told me she never leans back in it. (comfort reasons) I own the backless chair and find myself always leaning a bit forward due to what I do for a living. So, the advantage here would be cost difference from backless to adjustable back.

Answer:	No.. you can spot wash with a damp cloth. But if you put this in a washer it will not come out the same s it went in
