Answer:	Mine get used every day and I have yet to encounter a problem with them. It is a good product.
Question:	How EXACTLY to these attach to the door? Are they just folded and stuck between the door and frame, or is there some sort of attachment
Answer:	There is an attachment, actually a strong band of fabric with a loop, for the bands to go through, and the end has a thickened portion that can be placed on the other side of a door frame when the door is opened, but will not slip through when the door is closed. It acts like an anchor.
Question:	How long are they?? We have an old Gold's Gym Home Trainer that uses bands that are 60" long. Over the years they have lost some of their resistance
Answer:	The band itself is 40" long, then on each end there is a strong fabric connector with a d-link clasp which is 5 1/2". That attaches to the handle, another 6 1/2" From end of handle to end of handle, you're looking at 64" total.

Answer:	They don't last long.
Question:	How well will these work for a 6'1" male and P90x
Answer:	Although it is a good product and well made, it may not be enough resistance for you. I use the black band with ease (the strongest band in the set). If you are doing P90x, then you must be quite strong and fit. For a person just starting to exercise and just starting resistive training who's strength is low then there would be room to grow with these bands, but if you have decent strength, then the bands may be too easy for you. Just on the fact you are male and 6' 1" probably means you are pretty strong. I'm sure there must be stronger ones out there, but I would want to check them out at a store to make sure the resistance was hard enough for me. I also bought dumbbells after the bands. I like those because I can use the exact weight I want to lift. The down side is they are a bit expensive and take up more room. They do make adjustable dumbbells which takes up less space. In summary I think the bands would be good for a person who's strength is not great. If a person is pretty strong then I would be hesitant to recommend them because they may be to easy. Question:	im confused how to use the ankle strap with the door anchor. can someone explain the process
Answer:	Pretty simple. Wrap handle around ankle, and if handle is too small, remove your shoes, then place the black strap connected to the resistance band on the top of the door (vertically). Close the door and it will lock in place, you can use abductopn movements, aduction movements, and Sagittal movements to strengthen, hips, and glutes!
Question:	does it come with door attachment
Answer:	Hi, Yes it has a door attachment, I did not know what it was at first, but it is a nylon strip about 7 inch long and has a loop about 4 inches and on the other side has something folder over in the nylon that goes behind the door to stop it from pulling through. I think it is a good set. Don't forget to get the extra orange band, you have to use them for a bit to see how you like them, if you do, go ahead and do a review and they with ship it to you free charge and they pick up the shipping. If you don't like it you can always sent it back to Amazon. I am keeping mine since I like the product.If you look at the pictures for the product, you will see the strip in the pictures and the last picture has a side ways view to see the loop. Answer:	The entire length is a little more than 19 inches. If you use the full span of Velcro to secure the strap, you are left with approximately 12 inches. But you could get away with 3 inches to secure, giving you 15-16" to encircle your ankle.

Answer:	I don't think it does. It depends on how much oil you're putting in. It doesn't need that much with how many diffuser beads there are.

Answer:	I probably wouldn't wear it while you are swimming but before or after for sure.

Answer:	I have this in white and the tag says the body is nylon and spandex and the trim is polyester. Not sure what they mean by trim unless it is the stitching and/or zippers. I wear a size XS or S in most clothes and bought this in size S. It fits snugly and I thought it was too small at first but it has a lot of stretch and is comfortable. I purchased this about a year ago and wear it multiple times per week and it still looks great. White is great for walking in the evening because it is easy for others to see you.
