| Answer: | This is the only picture in the Cap Barbell catalog and unfortunately, it does not show dimensions. It shows it is for a 1 inch bar. It only weighs 7 oz. I called and e-mailed Cap Barbell what the dimensions are, and as soon as I have the information, I will let you know. The height is .98 inches, width is 3.26 inches and the length is 4.06 inches according to Cap Barbell customer service. |

| Answer: | The pair that was sent to me is one inch as the title says. I bought this to use on an older curling bar that is only one inch wide. Have not had a problem with these yet. |
