Answer:	I'm 5'10", 160 lbs and 41.5" chest. I got the large and it was worthless. I just posted a review and photo, in fact. Most other brands say to go a size down for it to work. For whatever reason, these people don't advice that. And, because I followed their instructions, I have shirt that extends past the hip bones and doesn't compress anything. It's just kinda form fitting, which is /not/ the same thing.

Answer:	The shirt is form fitting. If you like to wear it snug, get a large. Otherwise x-large. I'm 186 lbs., and it was very form fitting.

Answer:	I wash on either cold or warm water. Hang dry seems to work best to avoid shrinking or pilling. I use Active detergent which is designed for activewear clothing. The blue bag version is the one I like.

If you are going to do laps, buy the 'right' size...over even one size smaller. The neck and the wrist cuffs will catch a lot of water if you buy one too big. You want it tight, even though it may not be the most flattering (unless you have superhero abs).

Answer:	Yes, it is soft, flat and it wil not slide down. It also doesn't roll. You can see it in one of the pictures.

Answer:	5'7 and 28-30 waist, and small is fine for me, but I'm used to compression clothing. I'll add that it's a tough call between these and unpadded cycling tights for same price, found elsewhere. These more naturally replace underwear, but the tights feel better as leggings.
