Answer:	I have had these four inchers for one year. I use these in conjunction with my low beams. I had a 12 incher but got too many complaints so I installed these 4 inchers and the complaints were reduced drastically. Get the wiring harness separately for appx $8 here on Amazon. I drilled my bumper about 2.5 feet apart and focus them appx 15 to 20 degrees down. Still has plenty of light spread without to much bother to others'. I run 420 miles 5 days a week and 96% of eighteen wheelers use the same or something similar. So I would get used to it and grab a pair for yourself. After one year of constant use the lens are not as clear as they were when new but still emits awesome light. later...

Answer:	My boat had Perko lights, not sure if they were A-16 but they did measure a 2.4" base and this fit right through the same holes and fiberglass molded stub that they sit on.

Answer:	Yes, USCG approved, but would not be approved if mounted facing forward, because a craft approaching from either side could view both red and green. They would have to be mounted on the sides so only one color would be seen from any other boater.

Answer:	Correct most led lights are that way. I have had mine on for years and still work just fine. I would rather replace the whole thing since in saltwater the connections to the bulbs always rust out anyway.

I had to buy a second unit because the dome on the first unit got ruined by the UV rays and fell apart. Can't buy a replacement a dome that fits, so you need to buy a whole new unit just to get the dome. You might want to look at other brands.

Question:	Can they be dimmed
Answer:	If you add a rheostat or dimmer switch then you could dim. However these are running lights for a boat. Your visibility and safety
Question:	Are these uscg approved
Answer:	These are not Coast Guard approved. Bow navigation lights must conform to certain angles of visibility and are not supposed to be viewed beyond those angles. These lights are visible well beyond those angles and therefore will never be approved by the Coast Guard.
Question:	How many amps should I have for a circuit breaker on these
Answer:	They don't even pull a half of an amp. Leds pull less than 3/4 than the others.
Question:	Are they bendable
Answer:	Absolutely bendable, the lights are encapsulated in a soft silicone and bend easily. The 3M tape backing is also excellent and sticks well if you wipe down the area first with rubbing alcohol.
