User questions & answers

Question: Does this come with all the hardware to attach it to platform
Answer: yes you could but the whole point of this thing is to use "loose leaf" tea. you put the loose leaf tea in the little cup inside the 10 oz glass cup and wait for 3 to 4 minutes for it to simmer, and then remove the "little inside cup" with the "reusable" loose leaf tea and you drink the tea out of the 10 oz cup. you can get 2 to 4 cups of tea out of a "little inside bowl" of loose leaf tea. i buy the tea on Amazon as well.
Question: What are the mounting bracket dimensions
Answer: Borrosilicate Glass
Question: in the down position, does the ladder swing when you climb onto it to get out of the water or is there something that would keep the ladder from movin
Answer: I think to the brim but when you take the glass out the water drops way down so how much it holds is not clear. the inner part was very fragile and broke. They immediatly replaced it with a much stronger one.
Question: Will locknuts fit between the ladder and the frame when the ladder is in the closed position provided the screws do not stick out past the the locknut
Answer: Yes, but I suggest not to due to it will clog the holes on the infuser unless you just want to use it as a coffee pot.
