Answer:	I don't really understand your question. The fuse is pushed into holder and you can use any terminals on each end of the wire. Cut the red/orange wire where it is good for your application, probably in the center, then put on what ever terminals work for you. I put a ring terminal on one end and connected it to the battery terminal, on the other end I used a butt connector to join to my trailer lights wire and on my boat to connect my fish finder wire.

Answer:	Not quite sure what you mean by "pigtail". The fuse holder (pictured) has a hole for mounting with a screw or existing bolt. The wires need to be soldered or crimped inline with whatever you are protecting.
